These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GriotOS platform and related services (the "Service"), operated by CEL3 Interactive. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
GriotOS is currently in a paid beta phase. During beta, features may change, the Service may experience downtime, and beta pricing is introductory and may change upon general availability. By participating, you acknowledge the Service is under active development.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws.
AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. You assume full responsibility for any AI-generated content you choose to publish.
The Service connects to third-party platforms through their APIs. These integrations depend on third-party API availability and may be disrupted at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, send spam, impersonate any person, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding (GriotOS, PostGriot, ForgeGriot, InsightGriot, ConnectGriot), is owned by CEL3 Interactive and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CEL3 INTERACTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CEL3 Interactive from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
